Boatbuilding Timber Supplies delivers timber across the UK.

Orders for fairly light amounts of timber (say 30 or 40 kilos) can be delivered virtually anywhere in the UK by courier including Highlands and Islands.

Large amounts of timber (hundreds of kilos) can economically be delivered by us across most of England and Wales, but transport costs North of Yorkshire may be prohibitive, though we are always happy to quote. Smaller amounts may be uneconomical as a single journey, but we can sometimes combine with another customer delivery if you can be flexible on timescale.

Delivery can usually be arranged within a week of cutting timber. Do give us time to prepare your order as well though – most timber is cut to order.

Keeping it fresh

Unseasoned timber for steam bending is kept moist and ready to steam by wrapping in film prior to despatch. This means it will be absolutely ready to steam bend for a number of months so you don’t have to worry that the timber will dry out if you are uncertain how long a job will take.
